Power of Affirmation

 You can change your beliefs through the process of affirmations. Your unconscious mind accepts as true what you keep stating, and eventually draws in corresponding events and situations into your life, irrespective whether they’re good or bad for you, so it is vital that you select only positive statements.

In order to guarantee the effectiveness of the affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, strong belief, interest and desire.

Affirmations are very powerful and you can use them to deliberately change what is coming into your life, but it’s important to create your affirmations the right way:

  1. they have to be in the present tense, in other words as if your outcome is happening right now.
  2. they have to be positive in order to draw in the good experiences that you desire.
  3. they have to trigger a feeling within you that feels as if the outcome has happened.
